In December 2003, Danny handled both the sale of our old house in Dallas and the purchase of our new home in Plano. He was involved in every step of both transactions and anticipated many of our questions. His professionalism was unparalleled, and what delighted us most was that we were able to reach him by phone immediately, even after office hours. He matched a buyer to our old house and we had an offer after one showing! The title company he chose was prepared, with no last minute surprises.

Danny was attentive to our needs, beginning with our description of what we were looking for in a new home. Each time we viewed a property, Danny reviewed it with us to determine what we liked and disliked about it, which helped narrow our search and eliminate some undesirable possibilities.

While many Realtors try to show more expensive properties than one can really afford, Danny concentrated on the dollar range we had given him. He was tireless, showing us any property we wanted to see as quickly as we could see it. He was diligent in searching for new listings that met our criteria; in fact, if he hadn't been so diligent, we might not have found the home we eventually purchased.

Danny also represented us in the sale of our home; when we encountered potential difficulties in this area, he was helpful and willing to explore all options to get us to the end result.

Danny's level of professionalism was without fault. Although we have had a personal friendship for over 20 years, he maintained that distance necessary to provide a completely professional experience.

Danny provided us with complete service - the mortgage company he referred was quick, courteous, and service-oriented; the title company he referred was helpful and relaxing during the closing process. All in all, we could not have expected a better Realtor - he's the best!
